Our guest speaker for the May 3 Guild meeting was Ruth Hollandsworth, owner of “A Quilt Nook” in Ripley, WV. Although a native to this region, Ruth lived for some time in California, returning after she and her husband retired. She has studied under Eleanor Burns and is highly gifted in designing and teaching. (more…)

The morning Quilt Guild members’ Show ‘N’ Tell was colorful and diversified: Full size quilts, wall hangings, purses and totes, row quilt blocks, and zipper bracelets. Kay R previewed our June project, tote bags with a peekaboo mesh window. Sakine returned from India with gifts for all, (more…)
