This month meeting Mercedes read an article called “The Wish List”
Two birthday were celebrated for the month of May. Becky and Sherry .
Today our meeting Daleanna L taught us how to do Borders and mitered corners,. straight borders, cornerstone borders and scrap borders (piano keys).
We were all asked to bring our Ronald McDonald quilts to the June meeting.
We were all asked to make a fabric block about anything that world represent West Virginia to our June meeting.
Our Library wants us to bring quilts, wall hangings or blocks so they can display them at the library for people to see the work that the Quilts’ N Things does.
In many of the pictures you see in our slideshow today we had a display of Indian culture. They explained how to were the clothes by wrapping and also how they paint henna designs on your body. There was also a lunch of all types of India food from there culture. It was very good.
